Newsletter
Newsletter signups, collected properly: asked, confirmed, and kept with proof.
Adds a person to your newsletter through your signup form.
01
Sends the confirmation email before anyone is subscribed.
02
Keeps the words they agreed to, when, and from where.
03
A signup is only worth having if the person meant it. Rivier adds someone to your newsletter only when the form or built page asked them and they said yes, and it sends a confirmation they must open before they are subscribed.
Each signup keeps its proof: the exact words shown, the version of your policy, the address and the device. If someone unsubscribes, or replies STOP to a text, they stay out, whatever else is imported later.
This is the step to add to a page you build when you want a signup box that works. The form, the wording and the confirmation are set on the Contacts page.
The rest of Messages.
The inbox read, the easy ones answered, the rest drafted for you.
- Reads the inbox and answers what it can answer.
- Drafts the rest and leaves them for you to send.
- Sends from your own address, on your own domain.
- Or have Rivier make the mailbox for you: a person's, an agent's, or one that only sends.
Chat
Replies in the conversations on your website, WhatsApp and email.
- Answers in the conversation the customer is already in.
- Uses the same inbox your team sees, so a person can step in at any point.
- Keeps the thread, so nobody starts again from nothing.
Calls
Calls and meetings booked into the calendar you already keep.
- Books a call or meeting in your connected calendar.
- Invites the guests you name, when there are any.
- Books into your calendar itself, not a copy of it.
